Vintalio ships internationally to select countries. International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves a replacement or a refund.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This promotion applies automatically at checkout.

Due to the fragile nature of our wine accessories, all items are packaged with extra care. For orders that include glassware or delicate items, we use protective padding and sturdy boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
